Ballerina Of Blogland

I had the making of this card put on hold since last week because when I placed the embossed sheet on the card base, I decided it has to go with some lace and frills which I don't have at that moment. So I waited till my order came which was 3 days ago. Even when it reached me, I still had to wait till it's after my dance audition on Saturday.

So this Sunday, I made this card. I am pleased with how it turned out. Made me think of Mother's Day.

With daylight

Just as I wanted it to be - without image, simple and elegant. Doesn't the touch of tulle makes it even more girly?

Under indoor lighting

Ran white chalk over the embossed pattern to further highlight it

Everything girly ;)

Paper: Pink Card, 5"x7" Opalescent Pink Card (Royal Langnickel),
Accessories: Grey Tulle, Ivory Single Edge Lace, 1cm width Cream Ribbon (Rayher), Anita's Pink Gemstone
Tools: Damask Embossing Folder (Crafts Too), White Chalk

This 'ballerina  chick' just sashay-ed to...

My apology if I have accidentally entered this card to a challenge that  does not allow more than 10 combined challenges. Sometimes, I hunt high and low for the challenge  rules because not every challenge blog display them on the side bar.
